Renovation of an educational facility in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The work consists of providing new split system direct expansion heat pump systems in selected locations at five district schools. This includes all necessary equipment, refrigerant piping, control/signal wiring, condensate drainage systems; electrical upgrades including wiring and circuit installation, to support the new heat pumps; roofing modifications; and architectural finish repairs and alterations; perform Testing and Commissioning. Associated building automation controls will be procured separately by the Owner. Bidders must obtain bidding documents from the designated hyperlink. Each bid must be submitted electronically with an electronic copy of a Surety Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check in the amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. Indicate all addenda on the bid form. Bidders must also electronically submit first-tier subcontractor information with the bid or within two working hours of the deadline. The original Surety Bonds, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check must be mailed or hand delivered and postmarked within three days after the bid due date. Only bidders registered with the Construction Contractors Board or licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board at the time the bid is made will be considered. No asbestos license required for this project.
