Site work for a water / sewer project in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of the Contractor furnishing all tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to install curb and gutter, sidewalk, landscaping, water main, water services, plant mix pavement, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents. Bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must include Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid proposal. This bid security is forfeited as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract in accordance with their proposal as specified. The Owner will determine the lowest responsive bid, evaluate the bidders qualifications, and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities, and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City's best interest. Bids will not be accepted from bidders not on the official Plan Holders List. Question Deadline 01/21/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
