Description

Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

Amtrak is currently accepting Letters of Interest for Construction Services in support of the Johnstown Station Passenger Tunnel Improvements Project in Johnstown, PA. All interested, qualified firms should review the attached and respond accordingly. All questions should be directed to the Procurement Agent identified in this advertisement only. Description: WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS o Perform concrete repairs to all damaged ceiling and wall areas. o Repaint the ceiling following completion of structural and surface repairs. o Conduct brickwork repairs on designated wall sections. o Replace existing floor drain covers with new. o Replace existing light fixtures. Install two (2) new fixtures. Include all required conduit and wiring. o Conduct CCTV inspection of the under-floor drain and jet clean to ensure proper function and flow. o Clean all walls, floors, and ceilings Minimum Requirements: o Min. 5 years' experience with similar work, preferably in a railroad environment. Submittal Requirements: o Completed Contractor Qualifications Certification Letter (Form 59) o Must have the Name, Title, and Contact information of the Authorized Representative / Single Pointof-Contact for the upcoming solicitation o One page demonstration of 3 similar projects the firm has completed in the last 5 years.
