The Town of Reading, Massachusetts invites sealed bids for "Town of Reading, Massachusetts, Downtown Improvements Phase II" Bid 26-14 The work in the base bid contract includes, but is not limited to, roadway construction, curb extensions, pavement milling and overlay, installation of new granite curb, sidewalk, streetscape elements, landscaping, streetlighting, signal upgrades, RRFB's, stormwater improvements, pavement striping and signage, temporary traffic controls and signing for construction operations and other various items to complete the improvements.
