Install Mobile Pharmacy Cleanroom at UI Health Care - Cancer Services - Quad Cities - L1, Project #1157001 (25-5315), The University of Iowa. The project is in the bid phase. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference and site tour, which will be the only opportunity to inspect existing conditions. Refer to Article 2 in 00 74 13 Project Requirements for projects at UIHC for additional instructions. Question Deadline 01/29/2026 Each Bidder shall examine the Contract Documents carefully and, not later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date set for receipt of bids, shall make written request to the Design Professional for interpretation or correction of any ambiguity, inconsistency or error therein which may be discovered General Description of Work: 1) Project consists of construction of concrete pad, foundations and covered walkway for installation of owner furnished modular cleanroom and associated utility modifications. 2) Alternates: a. Alternate 1: Add prefabricated canopy, including associated foundations and footings and heat trace at canopy gutters and downspouts, as indicated on the drawings The certified Iowa TSB participation goal for this project is 10 percent (10%) of the Base Bid.
