Description

Site work for a transportation facility in Iowa City, Iowa. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

This project is for the Comprehensive Bus Stop Condition Evaluation, Needs Assessment, and Improvement Plan (2026). Submittals will be used to evaluate and select one consultant for the project, with the contract running through approximately December 31, 2027. Submittals must be complete, uploaded electronically to the Ionwave website in PDF format, and received before the deadline. Hard copies or faxed submittals will not be accepted. Late submittals will not be evaluated. All inquiries about the requirements must be submitted in writing via the City’s Ionwave website. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals at its sole discretion. QA date :- 02/13/2026 at 6PM
