Demolition of the existing softball field. Site work for field completion. Electrical work in preparation for site work and the future concessions building. Dugouts at the fields. Submit bids according to the provided instructions. Bid security in the amount of five percent of the bid amount must be submitted with each bid. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after opening. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed and able to provide required insurance and bonds. Obtain contract documents and verify possession of all drawings, specifications, and addenda. Bring discrepancies, omissions, or conflicts in contract documents to the attention of the architect within seven working days before the bid date.
