The proposed Work is officially known as the "City of Farmington - Former Junior High Building Structural Demolition & Asbestos Removal" and is further described as follows: 1. Mobilization, traffic control and site security; 2. Contacting all utilities for disconnection of all utility services on property; 3. Disconnection/capping of utilities to portion of building being removed; 4. Removal and disposal of asbestos material throughout the portion of building to be removed; 5. Disconnection of portion of building to be removed from building to remain on the west side and building to remain on the east side; 6. Demolition and disposal of the building; 7. Installation of reverse board batten at all openings to secure remaining building; 8. Furnish and install backfill materials; 1.02 TYPE OF BID A. Bids for the "City of Farmington - Former Junior High Building Structural Demolition & Asbestos Removal" will be received and preliminarily evaluated on a Unit Price basis. B.
