Question Deadline 02/03/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Any questions shall be submitted only by email to Dr. Abdulelah Altherwi, a.altherwi@manassasparkva.gov Sealed bids are invited for the construction and installation of the Manassas Drive at Polk Drive Traffic Signal. This includes all associated groundwork, electrical work, signage, pavement markings, foundations, and poles. The City solicits sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction and installation of the Manassas Drive at Polk Drive Traffic Signal (hereinafter referred to as "Contractors"; individually referred to as a "Contractor") for the City that meet the specifications and requirements contained in the Contract Documents. The successful Contractor will be responsible for the construction and installation of the Manassas Drive at Polk Drive Traffic Signal, as well as the implementation and continuing satisfactory performance of all services provided pursuant to and in accordance with the Contract Documents. The project (the "Project") shall include all associated all associated groundwork, electrical work, signage, pavement markings, foundations and mast arm poles. The term of the contract to be awarded pursuant to this IFB will initially be one year from date of execution. Bids must be in accordance with the Instructions to Contractors and the Scope of Services and must include a Contractor's Bid Form for the Manassas Drive at Polk Drive Traffic Signal Construction (the "Bid Form") completed by each Contractor (as defined in the Instructions to Contractors), all of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Bids are subject to the terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in the General Specifications of Contract, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all addenda thereto (the "Specifications"). The Contractor submitting the winning bid shall execute an agreement (the "Agreement") with the City in a form substantially similar to the Manassas Drive at Polk Drive Traffic Signal Construction Services Agreement attached hereto as Appendix A. This Invitation for Bids (this "IFB") and the attachments hereto are hereafter collectively referred to as the "Contract Documents." The City's Transportation Program Manager will provide the Contract Documents and any necessary forms to interested Contractors upon request. Bids received will be compared on the basis of cost from qualified bidders.
