The City of Kansas City is soliciting bids for Construction Manager at Risk Services for Project No. 80002616 - HCW 1 & 2 Caisson and Laterals CM@Risk. Bidding documents are available online. Technical Approach Submittal and Price Submittal must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes/packages to Procurement Services at Water Services, 4800 E. 63rd Kansas City, MO 64130. The outside of each envelope/package must include the bidder's name and address and must be labeled appropriately for either the Technical Approach Submittal or the Price Submittal for Project No. 80002616. Public bid opening will be held at the same address. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference via MS Teams and must sign in. A pre-bid site tour is also scheduled, and bidders must sign in and assemble. The City may choose to shortlist and interview bidders at its sole discretion.
