Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Scope of Project: Approximately 850,000 cubic yards of excavation with on-site disposal, including light clearing and grubbing, demucking, site preparation, hauling excavation, compaction of material, and clay liner installation. The project also includes installation of approximately 460 linear feet of 72" Reinforced Concrete Pipe, 55 linear feet of 4' x 4' Reinforced Concrete Boxes (RCB), 110 linear feet of 5' x 4' RCB, 335 linear feet of 6' x 4' RCB, 360 linear feet of 6' x 6' RCB, 450 linear feet of 10' x 10' RCB, and all appurtenances. Instructions to Bidders: A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
