This special provision describes the items of work involving the saw cutting, removal, and disposal of the existing pavements to the limits defined on the plans and to the depths called out in the proposed typical sections in the plans, or as directed by the Engineer. Construction. Removal of pavements shall be to the full depth of the existing pavement. All work shall be performed in accordance with Section 204 of the State Specifications. Includes the full depth of removal of existing pavement and removal of existing base material to a total depth of twelve (12) inches below the proposed pavement.
