Renovation of a medical facility in Melbourne, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and design-build services necessary for the design and construction to replace inverters at the Viera Outpatient Clinic. Use hospital grade materials as specified in the Department of Veterans Affairs Technical Information Library (TIL) and industry standards for healthcare facilities relevant to space usage. All quotes must include both design and construction services for the project. The project is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted in writing (only) by the Prime Contractor (SDVOSB) to the Contracting Officer, Elizabeth Romero at elizabeth.romero@va.gov. No telephone RFIs/Questions will be accepted. The cutoff for submission of RFIs for PHASE I (if any) is January 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST. Responses will be provided in a Question-and-Answer format to all offerors via Standard Form (SF) 30 Amendment to the Solicitation. RFI received after due date will only be answered if in the judgement of the Contracting Officer (CO) impacts the project/solicitation.
