The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (OVAHCS), requires professional design-build services to replace inverters at the Viera Outpatient Clinic. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and design-build services necessary for both the design and construction phases of the project. Work must comply with hospital-grade standards as outlined in the Department of Veterans Affairs Technical Information Library (TIL) and applicable industry standards for healthcare facilities. Matching existing materials is not required. Specific tasks will be further defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The period of performance is 448 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
