Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Jersey City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Sealed proposals are invited for Construction Management Services for the completion of the New Academic Tower Project. Services are required for the Final Construction Phase and Closeout Phase of the project. Proposals must be submitted on the applicable proposal forms in the designated manner, bearing the name and address of the proposer and endorsed accordingly. The College reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and/or to waive informality in the proposals, pursuant to the laws governing the same. Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
