Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a military facility in Goose Creek, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a military facility; for the demolition of a military facility; for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
Design-bid-build firm-fixed-price construction to expand the Nuclear Power Training Facility Simulator, providing additional space and infrastructure to support training operations. Work includes construction of new building components, integration with the existing simulator facility, and all associated site improvements and utility connections required to support the expanded training mission. The contractor shall begin performance within 15 calendar days and complete it within 1346 calendar days. All pre-proposal inquiries (PPIs) must be submitted in writing via the "Bidder Inquiry" in ProjNet at www.projnet.org/projnet. The bidder inquiry key for this solicitation is AXTEBY-FT26ZY. Be sure to select "NAVFAC" as the agency in the dropdown menu. All questions shall be submitted at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the closing date of the solicitation in order to permit adequate time to reply to the inquiry. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
