Replace the existing roof-mounted HVAC units with a newly designed HVAC system that properly controls climate conditions, eliminates the need for temporary dehumidifiers, and prevents future mold recurrence. Remove and remediate any mold or water-damaged materials identified in the HAZMAT survey and restore affected finishes, including repainting and replacing ceiling tiles. Provide all electrical upgrades required to support the new HVAC system and install duct smoke detectors. Repair the plumbing sewer line at the latrines to ensure proper positive drainage to the existing sewer pump. Cybersecurity measures are required as part of the renovation.
