Site work and paving for a road / highway in Point Pleasant Boro, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Contract 2026-01 is for the 2025 NJDOT Reconstruction of Eastham Road and Sudbury Road for the Borough of Point Pleasant. Sealed bids must be submitted on the standard proposal form and enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Borough Clerk with the required bidder's information and contract details on the outside. Bidders must submit one original, one copy, and a CD/Flashdrive with their proposal. Bid proposals must be accompanied by a guaranty in the amount of ten percent of the maximum delivered price, not to exceed twenty thousand dollars, in the form of a certified check or bid bond from a reputable insurance company licensed in New Jersey. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action Requirements. The Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part that do not comply with specifications or statutory requirements. All contract documents are to be submitted intact in accordance with the bidder's checklist. All changes in the bid form must be signed or initialed by the bidder.
