Bidders shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. as amended from time to time. The Borough Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids for the above listed contract in whole and/or in part which do not comply with the specification and/or the statutory requirements.
