Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Highland Park, New Jersey. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The contract includes the cleaning and janitorial services of six Borough buildings. Proposals shall be made on the forms provided and made part of the contract documents, which shall be submitted intact. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Borough of Highland Park, or a duly executed Bid Bond, in the amount of 10 percent of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be deposited by the bidder together with a Surety Consent evidencing that the bidder can obtain the required Performance Bond. The successful bidder shall be required to deliver an executed Performance Bond of a responsible indemnity company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Bidders must comply with applicable New Jersey State statutes, including Affirmative Action Program, Statement of Ownership, American Goods and Products to be Used Where Possible, Public Works Contractor Registration, Business Registration of Public Contractors, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Qualifications Statements. Proposals must be placed in sealed envelopes and delivered to the Borough of Highland Park's Clerk's Office, with the proposal description and the name and address of the bidder marked clearly on the outside of the envelope. The Borough of Highland Park reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the proposal received and to accept the proposal which is in the best interest of the Borough.
