Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

It is the intent of the Boise School District to: replace the existing auditorium theatrical lighting and stage lighting with new fixtures. No Bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids unless the award of contract is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or to waive any informalities, or to accept the bid or bids deemed best for the Independent School District of Boise City #1. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check on an Idaho bank, or bid bond, with Idaho State Licensed Survey Company, as surety, in an amount not less than 5% of total bid, made payable to the Independent School District of Boise City. This surety shall be forfeited by the Bidder in the event of failure to sign the contract or furnish the necessary 100% Performance Bond and the necessary 100% Payment Bond. Bidders shall be license in the State of Idaho, in accordance with provisions of an act known as "Public Works Contractor's State License Law, Title 54, Chapter 19, Idaho Code Amended." The Term "Public Works Contractors" includes the general, sub, or specialty contractor. The bidder's name must agree to the name on the public works license that is referenced in the bid. This project is not subject to Davis-Bacon Wages.
