As of February 17, 2026, the project was awarded to Milestone, with an awarded amount of $368,004.14. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. Bidder shall submit Indiana State Form 96 and be certified to do work in the State of Indiana. The Project consists of 2 and 4-inch Mill and Fills, Stop Bar Striping, and other appurtenant wholly within the Town of New Chicago. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project.
