A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. Bidder shall submit Indiana State Form 96 and be certified to do work in the State of Indiana. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening without consent of the OWNER. An additional Ten Dollars ($10.00) will be charged for plans requiring shipping.
