Site work and paving for a road / highway in Town Of Pines, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. Bidder shall submit Indiana State Form 96 and be certified to do work in the State of Indiana. Additional Bidding requirements are in the Instructions to bidders included in the Project Documents. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening without consent of the OWNER. An additional Ten Dollars ($10.00) will be charged for plans requiring shipping. General Specifications, description and conditions upon which the bid proposal is to be based are on file for examination at the office of the Engineer. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality in bidding or to accept the bid, consistent with law, which best serves the interest of the Owner.
