Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Decatur, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of work consists of the installation of approximately 7,000 L.F. of six-inch (6”) SDR-17 Class 250 PVC water main, service line, meters, fittings, and all appurtenances for a complete installation as shown on the plans and as specified. Instructions to bidders include the following: Sealed bids from licensed contractors will be received at City Hall in Decatur, Arkansas until the specified time and date. ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained at www.engineeringservices.com or through QuestCDN, and prospective bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder. All official notifications, addenda and other bidding documents will be offered only through the designated website. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
