The project consists of the rehabilitation of two wellhouses in the Village of Minong. At Well #2, the project will include repainting of discharge piping, control software updates, new water service, new emergency shower/eyewash, relocated sample tap, and alternate standby power generation. At Well #1, the project will include demolition of the existing wellhouse and construction of a new masonry block wellhouse building with wood truss roof and concrete foundation and floor. The work at Well #1 also includes new discharge piping, yard piping, chemical injection system, new electrical equipment and accessories including standby power generation, control software updates for salvaged control equipment, and replacement of sanitary sewer near the wellhouse.
