Addition and renovations to Okoboji High School, consisting of a Commons and Weight Room addition on the southeast corner of the building, and renovations to the existing classrooms, commons, kitchen, and weight room areas. Work will include demolition, concrete, masonry, steel erection and supply, general carpentry, casework supply, roofing and metal panels, door supply, glass and glazing, coiling and folding doors, framing and drywall, acoustic walls and ceilings, flooring, specialty flooring, painting, food service equipment, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and earthwork, and site utilities. Bids received after the designated time will not be accepted. Mailed bids must arrive at the specified address before the deadline. Bids are to be based on a stipulated sum contract for multiple contracts. Physical and digital bid documents are available; a refundable deposit is required for mailed physical documents. All bids for contracts over $25,000 must include a bid security of 5% of the total bid. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract sum. Bids must be submitted on the provided bid form, in sealed envelopes marked with the project name, bid package name and number, and the bidder's name and address.
