Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium; and theater / auditorium.

The work shall consist of, but shall not be limited to, the following trades: Demolition of existing seating, curtain replacement, plaster repair, acoustic wall panel upgrade, repaint of existing finishes, new carpeting/epoxy flooring, new seating upgrade, aisle lighting, aisle lighting replacement. This project is subject to the Illi nois Prevailing Wage Act and Davis-Bacon Act. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid. Contractors shall guar an tee their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening. Documents will include Architectural and MEP Drawing Sets and Spec i fi cations, Building Site Entrance, Sample Exhibit C Assignment of Contract, Prelim i nary Project Schedule, Sample Subcontractor Agreement, and Insurance Requirements. West Chicago Community High School #94 reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to award all or part of a contract, and to make such awards as are in the best interests of the School District and to waive any bid irregular i ties. Factors other than price which will be considered in awarding or rejecting bids shall include the results of reference contacts, and the quality of the bidder's performance on prior projects, if any, in the judgment of the School District. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
