Renovation of a transportation facility in West Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The work includes facade renovations consisting of precast panel wall coating, gutter replacement, and curtain wall replacement. All bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bids must comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and the DuPage Airport Authority Procurement Code Section 6-26 Responsibility of Bidders or Offerors. If any Bidder contemplating submitting a Bid is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the Specifications or other Bid Documents, contact Karin Kietzman, CPPB, Procurement Manager at (630) 208-6180.
