St. Francis Xavier University is issuing a Negotiated Request for Proposals for Phase 2 of the Morrison Hall roof replacement project, as outlined for the specified roof sections in the supporting documents. The project falls under building and construction and maintenance services, specifically roofing and siding and sheet metal work. Only electronic submissions will be accepted. Replacement of multiple roof areas including low-slope and sloped sections; removal to deck and installation of new roofing systems; replacement of dormer and cupola windows with new vinyl; new prefinished metal cladding at targeted wall elevations; new PVC exterior trim and mouldings; associated sheet metal, flashings, fall protection, and related work per specifications. Site visit location: Facilities Management Conference Room, 2175 Varsity Drive, Antigonish, NS. Registration required by email to pthompso@stfx.ca no later than 2:00 pm AST two days prior.
