Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Dallas, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,262-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as Owner, on behalf of the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG), (Using Agency), will accept electronic bids for the project entitled Chattahoochee Technical College CDL Pad in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. This project will consist of the new construction of a commercial driver's license pad. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents. The Project consists of the expansion of commercial truck driving program for Chattahoochee Technical College at their Paulding campus in Dallas, ga. The project will include the addition of a 380 ft x 240 ft commercial driving range with approximately 34 vehicle parking spaces, 4 trailer spaces, observation tower, and associated underground utilities. Additionally, there will be a 2,262 sf type ii classroom building to support the driving range. The building will be constructed of exterior CMU walls with steel roof joist with brick water table and fiber cement cladding. The program consists of a classroom with faculty offices and utility support spaces. Questions regarding the bidding documents, the bidding process, e-Builder, and all other questions should be submitted in e-Builder. No questions other than those submitted in writing will be accepted, and only written responses will be binding upon GSFIC.
