Renovation of an educational facility in Canisteo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Canisteo-Greenwood CSD 2025-26 Capital Outlay Project consists of a single-prime General Trades contract focused on interior renovations throughout the existing high school facility, including classrooms, offices, locker rooms, fitness areas, corridors, and support spaces, as shown on the Architectural and Code Compliance drawings. The work includes selective demolition; concrete patching and leveling; masonry modifications and brick salvage; new interior doors, frames, hardware, and glazing; firestopping and code-required separation maintenance; extensive interior finish repairs and replacements; wall blocking and specialty installations. All questions prior to bid opening must be received by the close of business on January 22, 2026.
