Sealed bids are requested for multiple prime contracts for General Trades Work, HVAC Work, Electrical Work, and Plumbing Work in accordance with the Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contract Documents. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, carpentry, architectural wood casework, insulation, firestopping, doors, door hardware, flooring preparation, gypsum board assemblies, tiling, ceilings, painting, visual display units, panel signage, cubicle curtains, toilet and bath accessories, countertops, plumbing piping and fixtures, HVAC ductwork and controls, electrical power and lighting systems, communications cabling, public address systems, and fire alarm work. All work is to comply with the requirements specified in the bidding documents and relevant codes and standards. All bids must comply with the Instructions to Bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Owner, in accordance with the specified amounts and terms. Bidders must comply with employment conditions and minimum wage rates. All requests for information must use the designated form. The Owner may waive informalities or reject any and all bids but will not waive any informality that would give one bidder a substantial advantage.
