Description

Work includes replacement of circulator pumps, installation of high-efficiency boilers, hydronic unit heater in the garage, and associated controls, piping, and venting. Replace existing boilers with (1) one 280K BTU natural gas, condensing, firetube boiler. Bidders model to their discretion, Unit must be rated 95% AFUE or greater.
