Sole responsibility for adequacy of plant and equipment. Maintaining the Work area and site in a clean and acceptable manner. Maintaining existing facilities in service at all times. Protection of finished and unfinished Work. Repair and restoration of Work or existing facilities damaged during construction. Furnishing as necessary proper equipment and machinery, of a sufficient capacity, to facilitate the Work and to handle all emergencies normally encountered in Work of this character. Furnishing, installing, and protecting all necessary guides, track rails, bearing plates, anchor and attachment bolts, and all other appurtenances needed for the installation of the devices included in the equipment specified. Make anchor bolts of appropriate size, strength and material for the purpose intended. Furnish substantial templates and shop drawings for installation.
