Contractor shall have the physical and technical ability, staff, equipment, and financial resources to provide the following at minimum: o Abatement - Weed, landscape, household trash/garbage, household hazardous waste (Rubbish) o Disposal and Recycling Receipts - Contractors shall provide weight ticket receipts for all loads of debris, vegetation, trash, hazardous waste or other materials removed from properties serviced under this contract. These receipts must be issued by a certified disposal or recycling facility. It is the Contractor's sole responsibility to dispose responsibly of Rubbish collected during performance of services and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. o Boarding-up and Securing Properties All abatements shall be performed in accordance with all applicable state and local regulations and laws. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, supplies and all associated costs necessary to perform work. Work shall be assigned by the City Project Manager or designee. The Project Manager or designee will work with the Contractor to prepare the most effective and productive schedules and work assignments. All schedules and assignments must be approved by the City's Projects Manager or designee before work commences. Delivery Requirements and Locations: Contractor must be able to accept work order requests and complete requested abatements Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM. The turnaround time for work orders shall be 3 calendar days or less. Should there be an emergency, turnaround time for orders shall be within 1 day of Contractor's receipt of order from the City. The City will endeavor to provide as much lead time as possible for large abatement cases as the City usually is aware of pending abatements. Abatement locations will be within City boundaries and will vary case by case.
