The project consists of theatrical rigging repairs, demolition, and replacement at Lindenwold High School, Lindenwold Middle School, Lindenwold School #4, and Lindenwold School #5. The bid must be submitted as a single General Construction Bid (DPMC Classification C008 General Construction or C009-General Contractor Alterations & Additions) or C112 Stage Equipment for all the work, goods, and services required for the public building. If the scope of work requires, DPMC-Classified Trade Subcontractors must be submitted for C029 Structural Steel and Ornamental Iron, C030 Plumbing, Gas Fitting and all kindred work, C032 Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and equipment (HVAC), and C047 Electrical. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Department of Property and Management Construction. Bid Forms, Instructions to Bidders, Specifications, and other bid documents are available from REGAN YOUNG ENGLAND BUTERA, PC. Bidders must provide business information to receive electronic documents and pay a non-refundable fee. Bids must include a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid, not exceeding $20,000, and an executed Consent of Surety agreeing to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond, each in the stated principal amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Bidders must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including public contract, equal opportunity, affirmative action, ownership disclosure, and business registration laws.
