Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lindenwold, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and clubhouse / community center.

Construction of an all-inclusive playground, conversion of a closet within the clubhouse to a family/assisted-use restroom, and construction of a pathway connecting the existing fields, parking lot, playground, and new restroom together. The proposed playground will be installed within the limits of an existing baseball field. State funds through the Green Acres Program are being utilized for this project, and vendors currently suspended, debarred, or disqualified are excluded from participation. Bid Security will be required at an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total Bid amount, not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00). The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract price, and provide a certificate from a surety company indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form in the Contract Documents in a sealed envelope marked with the project name and bidder's information. Bidders are required to submit a certificate from the New Jersey Department of Labor establishing registration pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, current proof of Business Registration, and current proof of Business Registration for all named Subcontractors. Bidders must also comply with all applicable statutory requirements including New Jersey Public Contracts Law, Affirmative Action, Prevailing Wage, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. A Disclosure Statement listing stockholders must be submitted with the bid. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive defects, and increase or decrease quantities as designated in the Contract Documents. The Award of Contract is subject to the necessary funds being provided and the securing of necessary permits. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
