Scope of Work Supply all labour and materials to complete partial roof replacement. Remove existing insulation, ballast, BUR membrane, flashings, gravel stops, parapet and curb flashings where noted, and roof system components. Provide new vapour barrier repairs, new polyiso insulation, new coverboard, new base sheet, new cap sheet, new retrofit roof drains, new sleepers under heat pumps and air handlers, new flashings, new caulking, new curbs where required, and all related demolition. Support electrical raceway and conduits during work. Provide debris removal, roof repair at infiltration locations, new sump insulation, blocking, vent stack covers, protection boards, torch-applied membrane installation, raising of curbs and conduits as required, ensuring membrane continuity with existing thru-wall flashing. Scope of Work: 1. To Supply all labour and materials to complete work as outlined in drawings and specifications. 2. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing insulation and ballast and the supply of new insulation, torchable substrate, two-ply modified membrane, and flashing. 3. Contractor to provide materials and labour to support existing electrical raceway and all conduit while performing work. 4. All work to be conforming to applicable standards and be done by competent trades personnel. 5. All contractors and subcontractors must provide a list of workers who will be onsite. All personnel must provide a criminal record check prior to commencement of work. All workers must sign in at the main control desk once arriving onsite.
