Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lovington, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Lovington will plan, design, and construct ADA sidewalks and ramps on 2nd Street from Ave D to Central Street in Lovington, NM in Lea County. Improvements include ramps, sidewalks, drive pads, concrete fillets, curb and gutter, valley gutters, mobilization and demobilization, signage and striping, traffic control management, valve/manhole adjustment, and construction staking. Prospective bidders must attend a pre-bid conference. The project is funded by a grant from the state of New Mexico Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to requirements of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and the funding agency. Complete sets of the Bidding Documents may be electronically obtained from the Architect/ Engineer (unless another issuing office is designated in the Invitation for Bid). Requests for electronic copies shall be sent to DRoybal@pettigrew.us and RZalmanek@pettigrew.us. Question Deadline 02/16/2026 Questions received less than 7 calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to the Architect/ Engineer in writing. Note : Questions can be submitted to DRoybal@pettigrew.us and CC RZalmanek@pettigrew.us until Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
