Renovation of an industrial development in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 88,520-square-foot industrial development.
Work for this project entails the replacement of the existing Simplex fire alarm system and provided a new fire alarm system that is compliant with current codes. All existing devices, sequence of operations and voice announcements shall remain. Included in the project is monitoring of the existing generator (RUN), improved intelligibility for fire alarm announcements, ability to provide voice announcements from the office and heat detection for warm storage. The Fire Alarm System shall consist of the following, unless a different design is submitted and approved Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) as shown on plans. Fire Alarm Annunciator Panel(s) (FAAP) as shown on the plans. Fire Alarm Remote Microphone Panel (MIC) as shown on the plans. A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. In general, the work consists of fire alarm upgrades to the Highway Department Facility. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Questions, Inquiries, Requests for Clarification Deadline: February 12, 2026 at 3:00 p.m Winnebago County is requesting sealed bids to provide all labor, equipment, and materials for fire alarm upgrades to the Highway Department facility.
