Wyoming Center Sliding Door Replacement - Windows/Doors Individual project information or special requirements can be obtained by contacting the Director of Operations via email, phone, or in person at the CAM-PLEX Administration Office. The Campbell County Public Land Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all items specified in the bid request. Project Overview: Project entails removing the existing four sliding storefront doors on the south side of Wyoming Center and replacing them with double outswing doors with push button ADA actuators and operators. Walk-Through Bidding Contractors may schedule up to a 60-minute walk-through by contacting Aaron Beyerl, Director of Operations at Cam-Plex. There will be no reliance on verbal communications. The parties involved in this contract hereby acknowledge and agree that any verbal communication, discussions, or representations made during a contractor's walk-through or site visit shall not be binding or relied upon as part of the contractual agreement. All terms, conditions, modifications, and understandings related to the project shall be expressly documented in written form and presented for consideration with the Bid Proposal. Any verbal statements or discussions are considered non-binding and expressly not incorporated into any agreement. Schedule The winning Contractor must submit a proposed schedule for the proposed work at time of bid. Bidding contractors all understand that CAM-PLEX is an event facility and performance of work must be scheduled around contracted events at the facility. The winning Contractor and Executive Director of CAM-PLEX (or Executive Directors designee) will coordinate the performance of the work that is mutually agreeable. The Contractors' Bid is to include any and all anticipated costs to accommodate the scheduling inconvenience related to CAM-PLEX's event schedules that are likely to impede or interrupt the completion of the scope of work. This includes roll-up and storage of equipment and tools as necessary to keep areas free of materials, activities during periods that the facility is unavailable to perform work. See attached schedule for available working dates. All costs incurred on the part of the awarded contractor about scheduling of work performance around CAM-PLEX events will be at the contractor's risk and expense and Contractor will release and hold harmless the Owner. Specifications o Store front glass outswing doors to match existing store front color that also provide the same level of egress. Scope 1. Removal and Disposal of Old Sliding Doors: o Safe removal of the existing sliding doors from the Wyoming Center. o Proper disposal of the old doors in accordance with waste management regulations. 2. Replacement Door Installation: o Procurement and installation of replacement self-opening/closing doors that match the existing door colors and maintain the same level of egress for the Wyoming Center. o Ensuring proper alignment, functionality, and secure installation of the new doors. o Include all labor and materials for proper installation per manufacturer recommendations. 3. Locking Mechanism Keying: o Coordination with CAM-PLEX management staff to obtain the CAM-PLEX Master key for keying the locks of the newly installed doors. o Keying all locks to ensure compatibility with the provided CAM-PLEX Master key. o Doors and frames shall be constructed and installed to accommodate CAM-PLEX access control system to be installed by others as determined by CAM-PLEX staff. Scope to include all permitting, licensing, approvals, and fees; 1 year warranty on installation and assurance that all installation means, methods, standards, and final work product has not void or jeopardize the Owners full utilization of the installed product's manufacturer warranty.
