Renovation of a religious / funeral development in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
The City of High Point is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and replace the roof located at Oakwood Cemetery 512 Steele St, High Point, NC at the Mausoleum. Except where prohibited elsewhere, it will remain the policy of the City to exceed the Department of Transportations project specific MBE/WBE goals where such goals may be less than 10% participation. A pre-bid conference will be held at the Oakwood Cemetery Mausoleum for prospective bidders to discuss the Mausoleum Roof Replacement Project and answer questions, including those about MWBE requirements. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend in order to prepare bids based on a full understanding of the project specifications. A General Contractors License is required. Pre-Bid Meeting Wednesday, February 11th, 1:00 pm Questions Due Tuesday, February 17th, 12:00 pm Responses provided by February 20, 2026
