Remodeling of an educational facility in Tumwater, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 1,835-square-foot educational facility.

The project at the New Market Skills Center includes upgrades to the interior finishes and replacement of doors, windows, and operable wall system within the Alexander Room in Building A. Exterior wall lights will be replaced with equivalent LEDs at Buildings A, B, and C as well as the Boiler and Maintenance Buildings. Within Building C, the existing paint booth for the Collision Repair Shop will be replaced and a paint mixing room will also be added. Ductwork, gas supply, electrical, and fire sprinkler revisions are included. The new paint booth and paint mixing room are pre-manufactured and assembled on site. A certified check or bank cashier's check or bid bond executed by a State licensed surety company made payable to Tumwater School District is required with each bid, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid plus Additive Alternates if any. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and/or all bids for any reason and, in particular, to reject a bid not accompanied by any required bid security or data required by the Bidding Documents or a Bid in any way incomplete or irregular. Question Deadline 02/10/2026- Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the A/E at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
