SUNY UPSTATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY ("UPSTATE") intends to make an award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law 355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for Water Sampling and Testing Services for Cooling Towers and Domestic Water Systems. A sealed bid will not be held. Detailed Specifications/Requirements: The selected vendor must be able to furnish labor, materials, parts, devices, etc. to collect and test water samples from cooling towers Campus-wide and selected locations of the domestic water systems within Hospital facilities according to the terms and conditions herein described using trained and experienced employees in accordance with Upstate Procedures and NYS Department of Health regulations. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law ("SFL") 139j&k, also known as the Lobbying Law, therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual(s) listed below. Contacting any other individuals at Upstate in connection with this advertisement may constitute a violation of SFL.
