Description

Sealed proposals are requested for the Thornden Park Rose Garden Paver Project located at 501 Ostrum Avenue, Syracuse, NY. Plans and specifications for the work under this contract are available free online or for a $75.00 deposit by check or money order. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond amounting to five percent of the total maximum bid price, covering the base bid, alternate bid, and any add-on items, in the prescribed form and conditions. Bidders can review plans and specifications at specified Syracuse offices. Attendance at a pre-bid conference is recommended but optional.
