Reference Number 0000410760 Furnishing Henninger High School Auditorium Asbestos Removal Question Deadline 02/06/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Please address any and all questions, in writing, to Deborah Magaro-Dolan, Specification Writer, Division of Purchase at deborahmagarodolan@ongov.net Scope and Technical Specifications: Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to remove asbestos containing materials and complete related work in Henninger High School's auditorium. Required Tasks are as follows: Remove and dispose of all asbestos mastic, non-asbestos mastic and carpeting as shown on the attached sketch in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. All these materials shall be disposed of as asbestos waste. Remove and dispose of all asbestos mastic, asbestos floor tile, non-asbestos mastic and carpeting as shown on the attached sketch in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. All these materials shall be disposed of as asbestos waste. Bidders' Notes: Quantities shown on sketch are estimates. Field verify quantities. There will be no additional compensation for quantities above the estimates shown. Floor slab to be left in acondition to accept new carpeting and new seating. Protect existing finishes from damage during work. Restore any finishes damaged by work to preconstruction conditions. Owner shall provide required air monitoring. Water and Power will be provided on-site by the owner. Disposal of asbestos containing debris: shall be provided by the contractor. Above work should include OSHA air sampling, DOL and EPA notification fees No Bid Security is required. No Performance Security is required All scheduled services under this agreement will be performed between Friday March 27, 2026 at 5:00 pm and Sunday April 5, 2026 at 5:00 pm. The contractor shall have 24/7 access to the buildings seven days a week to complete this work within this timeframe.
