Remove and replace the 3E Steam PRV Station at SUNY Upstate Medical University, 750 East Adams Street, Syracuse NY 13202. This is a one-time purchase under discretionary authority, pursuant to New York State Education Law §355(5)(a), which allows such purchases up to $125,000. The procurement is discretionary and not subject to a formal competitive process. Interested vendors must contact the designated Campus contact within fifteen business days of the notice. The only permissible contact during the procurement process is the individual(s) listed in the advertisement. The successful contractor will be required to submit applicable vendor responsibility documents, demonstrate compliance with NYS SFL §§139–j & –k and NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and provide valid and current NYS Workers’ Compensation and Disability forms. NYS Small Businesses and businesses certified under Article 15-A of the NYS Executive Law are encouraged to submit bids.
