Cooling Tower Repairs (Two Cells) - Fill Media & Drift Eliminator Replacement at Upstate Medical University is to be completed as a one-time purchase. The project will be awarded under discretionary authority up to $125,000. The intent is to replace fill media and drift eliminators in two cooling tower cells. Interested parties must contact the designated Campus contact within fifteen business days of the Advertised Notice. A sealed bid will not be held. Vendors must comply with NYS Finance Law §§139 –j & –k (Lobbying Law), and only the designated contact may be approached for this procurement. The successful contractor must submit documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law §§139 –j & –k, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and valid/current NYS Workers’ Compensation and Disability forms. NYS Small Business and businesses certified under Article 15-A of the NYS Executive Law are encouraged to submit bids.
