19xr Chiller High Speed Thrust & Internals Replacement - IHP Bldg. Upstate Medical University intends to make an award for the replacement of high speed thrust and internals on the 19xr chiller in the IHP Building as a one-time purchase. The procurement is under discretionary authority up to $125,000, pursuant to New York State Education Law §355(5)(a). Interested parties must contact the designated Campus contact within fifteen business days of the advertised notice; a sealed bid will not be held. The successful contractor must submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law §§139–j & –k, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and valid/current NYS Workers’ Compensation and Disability forms. NYS Small Businesses and businesses certified under Article 15-A of the NYS Executive Law are encouraged to submit bids.
