The work consists of excavating the area south of Building 787 to repair the sanitary system by removing and replacing approximately 85 feet of broken wastewater pipe. All work must follow the attached Statement of Work and incorporate the applicable wage determination. This requirement is designated as a total small business set-aside, and the project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204(b). A payment bond may be required for quotes exceeding $35,000. Award will be made based on lowest price. A site visit is scheduled for March 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM, and interested attendees must email Briana McCaffery and Richard Peirson no later than 12:00 PM on March 4, 2026. Project Location: 174 Atkw Hancock Field, 6001 East Molloy Rd. Syracuse, Ny 13211. The contractor shall begin performance within 30 calendar days and complete it within 122 calendar days. THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $25K AND $100K *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Contract work associated with HAAW262004 Repair Sanitary Line at Building 787 shall achieve a fully functional wastewater system that meets or exceeds industry and DoD standards with material that meets the requirements for the local area. Excavate area south of building 787 to replace broken sanitary line. Removal of old clay pipe is only necessary if it is in the way. Install trench bed as necessary and replace approximately 85 ft of pipe. Fill in excavated area and return grounds to original condition. Additional details are further described in the DESCRIPTION OF WORK within this SOW. The work consists of repair by replacement of the sanitary line at building 787. All necessary measures will be taken by the contractor to ensure that the quality of a product or service shall meet contract requirements. This includes but is not limited to review of AF3000 Materials Submittals to ensure that materials, installation, and testing procedures meet or exceed Federal, State, Municipal and manufacturer's requirements. All work must be completed without damaging any other government property outside of this scope of work. The contractor bears the responsibility of restoring or replacing any item damaged during this contract. This includes, but is not limited to buildings pavements, sidewalks, fences, gates, utilities, lawns, landscaping, government owned equipment, and all components of the aforementioned.
